Our firm has a particular expertise in the rollout of telecommunications and radiocommunications networks. Some of the firm's lawyers have been key advisers on 14 such network rollouts, providing comprehensive regulatory advice, negotiating leases and licenses with land owners, and liaising with local government and state utilities. Our lawyers also advise on the requirements of environment and planning legislation, including the conduct of related litigation when necessary.
